High School and GED Orientation MONDAY, APRIL 29TH @ 5:45PM (PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW)

*Registration is required to attend an orientation.
To register for orientation call 801-826-6675.

*It is mandatory for all students to attend an orientation before registering as a student at Entrada.

Our next orientation is Monday, April 29th @ 5:45PM!

*IF YOU ARE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16-18 AND YOUR CLASS HAS NOT GRADUATED YOU CAN ATTEND THE ORIENTATION TO SEE IF YOU’D LIKE TO GO TO ENTRADA, HOWEVER, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE STEPS BELOW.

1. Complete and turn in the “DIAMOND RIDGE_ENTRADA UNIFIED APPLICATION” (link is below). THIS APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED PRIOR REGISTERING AND TESTING

2. Acquire a K-12 withdrawal form. This is a withdrawal form to withdraw from the regular K-12 system – it requires signatures from your previous school’s principal, counselor, parent/guardian and student (whether you’ve attended there within the last year or not)

3. Acquire your school’s withdrawal form

#1-#3 above are required before registering (and testing) at Entrada High School.
