Our next orientation is Wednesday, January 3rd @ 5:45PM! Registration is required AND IF 16-18 YEARS OLD, YOU MUST HAVE A REVIEWED AND APPROVED “DIAMOND RIDGE_ENTRADA UNIFIED APPLICATION” TO REGISTER FOR ORIENTATION (see full details below)
*IF YOU ARE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16-18 AND YOUR CLASS HAS NOT GRADUATED YOU NEED TO:
1. COMPLETE AND TURN IN THE “DIAMOND RIDGE_ENTRADA UNIFIED APPLICATION” (LINK IS BELOW). THIS APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO SIGNING UP FOR ORIENTATION.
2. Acquire a K-12 withdrawal form. This is a withdrawal form to withdraw from the regular K-12 system – it requires signatures from your previous school’s principal, counselor, parent/guardian and student (whether you’ve attended there within the last year or not)
3. Acquire your school’s withdrawal form
#1-#3 above are required before registering (and testing) at Entrada High School.
