Acquire a K-12 withdrawal form. This is a withdrawal form to withdraw from the regular K-12 system – it requires signatures from your previous school’s principal, counselor, parent/guardian and student (whether you’ve attended there within the last year or not)

Acquire your school’s withdrawal form
#1-#3 above are required before registering (and testing) at Entrada High School.
