This page outlines exactly what you need to do to return to Entrada.

📋 Registration

All returning students must:

  • Fill out all intake forms (Click HERE to download)

    • Must be signed by a parent/guardian for school-aged students

  • Pay the annual registration fee

🧠 Testing

All returning students will take the CASAS test in our testing center.

What the CASAS test does:

  • Tracks your academic growth year over year

  • Determines whether you’re eligible for test-outs

What the CASAS test does not do:

  • It does not affect your enrollment

  • It does not determine which classes you take

📌 It’s simply a tool to help us support your learning.

📎 What to Bring to Your Appointment

All Returning Students (All Ages):

  • Proof of Utah residency (paper copy only – no digital versions)
    Acceptable examples:

    • Utah driver’s license

    • Business, government, or school document with your full name and Utah address together

  • All completed intake forms

  • A parent/guardian should accompany you if you are school aged
