Whether you’re an adult or school-aged student, you must re-register and re-test every school year — beginning each August — or if you’ve been inactive for 90 days or more.
This page outlines exactly what you need to do to return to Entrada.
Step 1 — Complete Online Registration
- When prompted, type Entrada as the program name.
- You will be asked: Have you ever registered with an Adult Education program in the state of Utah? Select “NO” — even though you have registered before.
- Fill Out the Form
Complete all sections of the form carefully.
Make sure all contact information is correct!
Provide a working email address that you check regularly – we use email to send:
Class sign-up information
Weather cancellations or schedule changes
Other important updates
🚨 IMPORTANT — READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONTINUE! 🚨
Filling out the online registration does NOT mean you are enrolled.
If you are school-aged, you must still apply for acceptance into the program.
You MUST make a testing appointment to be fully enrolled.
Completing the online registration alone does NOT make you a student or allow you to start attending classes.

Placement Testing
You will take the CASAS pre-test in our testing center.
🧠 What is the CASAS test for?
It helps us track your academic growth over time
It helps us determine if you qualify to take test-outs
🚫 What the CASAS test does not do:
It does not determine whether you can enroll
It does not determine which classes you take
The test is simply a tool to support your progress—not a pass/fail assessment.
