Placement Testing

You will take the CASAS pre-test in our testing center.

🧠 What is the CASAS test for?

  • It helps us track your academic growth over time

  • It helps us determine if you qualify to take test-outs

🚫 What the CASAS test does not do:

  • It does not determine whether you can enroll

  • It does not determine which classes you take

The test is simply a tool to support your progress—not a pass/fail assessment.

Submitting or Requesting Transcripts

We need your official high school transcripts to complete your enrollment. Here’s how we’ll get them:

  • If you attended a high school within Canyons School District
→ We can access them with your permission.

  • If you attended another Utah adult education program
→ We may be able to access them through the UASIS system.

  • If you attended school outside of the district or out of state/country
→ You must request your transcripts to be faxed, emailed, or mailed to Entrada.

📌 Not sure what applies to you? Ask the Entrada staff in the testing center during your appointment. They’ll guide you through the next steps.
