Are You 16–18 Years Old and Your Class Has Not Graduated Yet?
You must complete Step 2 below to become a student at Entrada if you are a school aged student.
If your class has already graduated, you may skip to Step 3.
After Receiving Your Acceptance Letter
You will need to obtain two required documents.
-If you are currently enrolled in a school, make an appointment with your school counselor.
-If you are not currently enrolled, you’ll need to contact your boundary school—this is the high school you would normally attend based on your home address. If you’re unsure which school that is, you can look it up on your school district’s website or call the district for help.
HSE Withdrawal Form (Utah Required)
Must be signed by:

▪ School Counselor
▪ School Principal
