Emergency Contacts & Contact Information
It is essential that we have accurate and current contact information for every student, including:
Home, cell, and/or work phone numbers
At least two emergency contacts (family, friends, or neighbors) who can take responsibility for the student if we cannot reach you
📌 Students will only be released to individuals listed as parents/guardians or emergency contacts.
Injury at School
If a student is seriously injured during school hours:
We will immediately attempt to contact the parent/guardian
If unreachable, we will contact the emergency contacts you provided
If no one can be reached and urgent care is needed, we may contact 911 to seek medical help
Severe Weather & Emergency Communication
Entrada is a night school and does not follow the district’s general emergency notification system.
In case of school closures, severe weather, or emergency alerts, we will communicate through the following channels:
